Template policy — customize before publishing.

This sample is not legal advice and does not verify the privacy practices of any deployed site.

01

About this sample policy

This is a demonstration privacy policy for the NOVA creative digital agency template, not a statement of an operating company's actual practices. Before publishing, replace this text with a policy that accurately describes your business, hosting, analytics, integrations, legal obligations, and contact details.

02

Demo forms and information

The current Login, Register, Contact, newsletter, and blog comment interfaces are demonstrations. Their existing frontend-only behavior is not a working authentication, messaging, subscription, or comment-publishing service. If you connect these forms to an actual service, you will need to explain what information is collected, why it is used, and who receives it.

03

Profile data stored on your device

The My Profile demo lets you optionally save your name, email address, role, and a short biography in this browser's local storage. This is not a protected account or server backup. The information may remain until you clear it through the profile page or delete browser storage. Avoid entering sensitive information into this demo.

04

Third-party resources

Some template pages request web fonts from Google Fonts when online. Your hosting platform and any added analytics, maps, embedded media, or other integrations may process visitor information under their own policies. Review the actual network requests and service agreements before launch.

05

Cookies and analytics

The included profile demo uses local storage, not an authentication cookie. This template does not itself define a production cookie notice or analytics consent system. Your published website may require additional disclosures and controls depending on the services you enable and applicable law.

06

Security and retention

Browser local storage is not a substitute for a secure user account. A live implementation should use appropriate protections, retention practices, and deletion procedures for any information it collects.

07

Questions and privacy requests

To ask questions about a live website's privacy practices or make a privacy request, its operator should provide a genuine contact method. In this demo, the Contact page is an interface sample and does not yet send messages.

08

Policy updates

Review and update the privacy policy whenever the website's features, providers, or information practices change. Replace this sample text and the review date before production launch.
